Spain 2009

Another school trip—this time to Cantabria. We arrived safely at the hotel early afternoon and made our way to Santillana town made famous by the Pre-historic caves of Altamira. The following days were filled with visits to the caves, Comillas town where many a cool ice cream was consumed and many a sandcastle built, Santander Town and the Magdelena Penninsular, the Picos de Europa and the cable car at Fuente Dé, and the Carbárceno nature park.
