Gambia 2010

At Christmas we headed off to Gambia once again to see old friends and enjoy the sunshine. Despite spending over 16 hours at Manchester due to the snow we had a fabulous time. We stayed at the Bakotu hotel in Kotu this time which meant a very long walk to see Auwa, Bintu and friends for our fruit lunch and at high tide we had to catch the "ferry" across the river. As we discovered, riding bikes on sandy roads is not as easy as it looks!
