Gambia 2009

We were joined by Rita as we flew to the Gambia again for a break over Christmas. What a lovely relaxing time we had. The photos show Mum with the banana seller girls around the back of the market in Banjul, the fruit sellers’ kids. We went to see the fishermen bringing in their catch and to a local market. Of course we got to go round the monkey park as well.

You couldn't get Rita out of Ali Baba's with their grilled King prawns. There would be pictures of Binto's future husband and the fruit sellers, but unfortunately Mum's camera went missing along with all the other photos.
