Morocco sums up everything exotic about North Africa and it didn't disappoint as we spent Christmas there in 2004.
The photos form the top show a man selling spices, Kathryn with Mohamed, from whom we bought our rug for in front of the fire (Kathryn is kneeling on it) - it was a long process and we just couldn't get the price any lower than we did!
As you can see, the beach was packed! The photo at the bottom was taken by Kathryn as I did my morning run to fetch tea and coffee for our relaxing mornings on the balcony. We had to get up by midday in order to get a sunbed as you can see in the last photo.
Lots of great times in orange taxis and bartering in the Souks. Not to mention the speed boat in the pool and a rather unfortunate local who dressed up as Angel Gabriel for the Gala Christmas performance in some rather revealing white tights!
