Canada 2004

It was a chance remark over Christmas dinner in 2003 that led to us setting off with the Walkington part of the family on a ski adventure to Lake Louise in Canada - our second ski holiday together (if you count the days we were skiing in New Zealand).

What a fantastic trip it turned out to be - meeting up with Simon, Fiona, Ursi and Wills on the slopes - racing down run "15", walking across the frozen Lake (we'll never forget Wills' struggle through thigh high snow at the far end!), dog sledging and evenings spent relaxing in the jacuzzi.

The photos show Kathryn on the frozen lake, the two of us on one of the lifts, Kathryn making her way sedately down the black run that we inadvertently came across, Kathryn in front of the frozen waterfall, our dog sleigh team, the whole group and Damien relaxing in the rooftop Jacuzzi!
